Kleenex Kiss

Kimberly-Clark Kleenex wanted to create a campaign that would raise awareness of their single pack tissue. Supported by TV advertising they needed a platform that would work under high volume pressure and enable uploading of personalised videos and messages.

We designed a bespoke microsite that allowed for placing of orders, personalised messages and even a little thank you digital coupon for the sender.

We created a slick process to despatch the tissue sample pack, money off coupon and a personalised postcard within 24 hours meaning the recipient could tend to their cold before they got better.

The campaign achieved great feedback and went viral on social media. We continued to support the client with clearing of the coupons which aided in reporting the increase in sales. All in all it was a very rewarding campaign.
