Our “Newton” system allows our clients to have 24/7 live access to oversee all activity on their account and as this has been developed “in-house” we offer additional bespoke solutions and can tailor our system directly to your needs.

How we can support:

Handling & Fulfilment

Daily Order Processing & Despatch – We will receive your order, pick & despatch – we also offer a same day service.

Point of Sale– From building & despatching display stands to collating a range of promotional printed materials & items (i.e., brochures, banners, t-shirts, mugs) and despatching directly to your retailers/branches.

eCommerce fulfilment – receiving the order, sorting, selecting, packaging & delivering directly to your customers

Sampling – Sending out individual samples with flyers directly to your customers or storing & re-sorting samples in bulk to send in smaller quantities to your branches.

Brochure & Membership packs - hand collation of complex personalised sponsorship packs to defined pack layouts or automated machine collation of basic packs

Subscription Boxes – Collating and packing individual subscription boxes and despatching directly to your customers.

Contract Packing – re-packing items in bulk for redistribution

Literature & Stationery Storage & Retrieval receiving items in bulk for storage and despatching smaller quantities directly to your branches when needed.

Promotional Fulfilment – From contests & competitions to cashback schemes we can support with physical gifts/prizes, cash prize fulfilment, experimental prize sourcing, gift card fulfilment.

Direct Mail – We can support with print management & sending bulk advertisements/letters directly to your customers

Product RecallShould you ever need to recall your product from your customers or clients we can handle it swiftly & smoothly.

Customer Services – We provide multi-channel service (telephone & customer) for order placements or query handling.

Warehouse & DistributionFlexible Storage Solutions to meet all your needs i.e. long-term, short-term, drop shipping.

API Integrations – our in-house IT team can integrate our systems directly with your current management system or we can provide you access to our “Newton” system so you can see exactly what stage your orders are at i.e., order requested/ order despatched/ order received.

Digital Serviceswe can support with building front-end customer experiences including e-shops to designing to customer competition & cashback sites and integrating this directly into our “Newton” system.

Supplier Management – We can communicate directly with your suppliers to manage deliveries and re. when stock orders get low.

Returns Management – Should your customers order be unable to be delivered, we will keep track and let you know & can also provide further support including getting in touch with the customer’s directly (via email or phone)
