Gold & Silver Won at IPM Cogs Awards 2021!

We are delighted to announce that MRM has won both Gold and Silver in separate categories of the 2021 Institute of Promotional Marketing COGS awards.


The Gold award was achieved in the Handling, Fulfilment, Coupons and Direct category for our work with client Reach PLC, in connection with their OK! Magazine Beauty Box fulfilment campaign.


The Silver award was achieved in the Digital and Social category for developing a new Cloud based Rewards Portal for client AGCO Corp.

The Institute of Promotional Marketing ( IMP ) is the trade body representing brand owners, agencies and service companies engaged in promotional marketing and brand activation across all channels.

OK! Magazine Beauty Box Fulfilment

OK! Magazine first approached MRM when searching for a fulfilment and logistics partner who could deliver expert subscription box support, handling the complexity of collating high volumes of boxes with multiple beauty items and delivering monthly to eager subscribers.

For the OK! team, MRM provides the following integrated service elements:-

Development new Cloud based Rewards Portal for AGCO Corp.

AGCO Corp have been a client of MRM’s for many years. Their global dealership network uses our online portal to place orders from a portfolio of marketing collateral and Point of Sale materials, supplied in country specific languages.

In March 2019 AGCO requested us to identify areas for process improvement in connection with an initiative they were running called “Project 10”.  In response we proposed a move from a legacy system to a new in house cloud-based solution we called “Newton”,

Newton includes a direct link to the AGCO IT system resulting in staff and dealers having the ability to see images of collateral items.  In addition the system integration allows dealers to search, review and  order items via their unique Dealer Portal with address details updated in real time.  In addition, the system has the ability for images to be uploaded to create bespoke online brochures..

Newton also provides a tailored management dashboard, with improved reporting and the ability to access via mobile devices as well as traditional PC’s.
