In 2020 we sent out over 45,000+ individual charity packs direct to individuals, businesses, primary & secondary schools, nurserys and pre-schools.

• Ecommerce integration – by having our own internal IT team we can integrate our systems directly with your current management system or we can provide you access to our “Newton” system so you can see exactly what stage your supporters are at i.e. requested pack/ pack despatched/ pack received.
• Print management – we can provide support with printing or overprint of all collateral. Including fundraising guides, posters, integrated sponsorship forms / giros, personalised thank you certificates, waterproof runner numbers and more
• Fundraising pack collation & merchandise - hand collation of complex personalised sponsorship packs to defined pack layouts or automated machine collation of basic packs
• Secure warehousing – to store any print or merchandise materials long or short term.
• Postal address checks – our “Newton” system checks and flags any UK postcodes that may have delivery issues, reducing the chances of returns.
• UK & International delivery – We provide a range of competitive despatch options for you to choose from so your packs arrive directly with your fundraisers.
• Automated emails – Letting your supporters know when their pack in on the way
• Returns management – Should there be any reason why one of your fundraisers’ packs cannot be delivered, we will keep track of the reason, let you know and can provide further support including getting in touch via email or phone.
• Response handling – working within HMRC Gift Aid guidance to make accurate calculations on Gift Aid from sponsorship form
• Deposit scheme management - for schools, including management of deposit payments and chasing balances letters
